C. Kicks

1. Single Leg Drills (hold Bong Gurk, 5 Dang Gurk, circle both directions 5 times, hold Wang Gurk)

2. Kick Development
-a. Jing/Wang Tai Gurk (slow raising front/side kick)
-b. Jing/Wang Dang Gurk (slow nailing front/side kick)
-c. Rotating Kicks (front kick high/low, side kick high low), (front, side, roundhouse)
-d. Pak Gurk/Wu Gurk
-e. 5 blocking motions with legs (two-man drill)

D. Footwork

1.Chor Ma (turning stance)
2.Seung Ma (forward walking)
3.Toi Ma (deflecting stance)
4.Tor Ma (chasing stance/step-slide)

Combinations Stances

1.Gok Ma (bracing stance)
2.Chiu Ying Ma (facing stance)
3.Sip Ma (three-angle/triangle stance/stepping)
4.Juen Ma (180 degree cut & turn)

E. Chi Sau/Sticky Hands

1.Chi Dan Sau/Single Sticky Hands
-a. outside Jut to punch sticking drill
-b. Basic Chi Dan Sau with switching

2. Chi Seung Sau (double sticky hand motion)
-a. Hoi Moon (outside gate)
-b. Ngoi Moon (inside gate)
-b. Chi Sau (regular motion/one hand in-one hand out)

3. Lop Sau
-a. Fan Sau to Hoi Kwan Sau to Bong Sau drill
-b. Lop Sau motion
-c. Switches and turns within rhythm 
-d. 4 basic attacks
